An Ohio University transcript is the official record of a student's enrollment at Ohio University, including all undergraduate, graduate and medical college courses.
At the request of the student, the transcript may be a comprehensive record of all coursework and degrees or may be limited to
- undergraduate coursework and degrees
- graduate coursework and degrees
- medical coursework and degrees.
