Amidst the extravaganza that the modern wedding has become, there’s a little place called Galbreath Chapel. Built in 1957 as a gift from John W. Galbreath '20 in memoriam of his wife, Helen '19, its foundations still stand as a testament to the rite of marriage. What a better way to stay true to your school and your fellow Bobcat than honoring your commitment on the bricks where you first met. Legend claims that it’s even where the couple first kissed. As they say, love is blind and so is the church to any faith or religion. All are welcome to exchange both their vows and memories with the chapel as they build on to its history of first kisses, first chances, and first encounters all in the hopes of that lasting love.
