Jeanne Gokcen is the founder and President of FutureCom Technologies, Inc., a business specializing in speech technology development. FutureCom uses speech recognition and speech synthesis to help companies manage customer calls in the most economical way. As a leader in the field of Speech and Hearing, Jeanne co-chaired the Ohio Speech-Language-Hearing Association Convention and is chair of the Ohio Speech and Hearing Governmental Affairs Coalition.
