  • Uptown Athens and local businesses
  • Collecting canned food for the Athens Food Pantry
  • Decorate your storefronts to show your Bobcat spirit
  • Contact Vice President for Philanthropy Alyson Kado to participate or with any questions

Monday, October 10

Homecoming Kickoff

  • Festivities will begin at 3 p.m.
  • Kickoff will begin at 18:04 (6:04 p.m.) with music and special guests, including a visit from Rufus
  • Bobcat Court will be announced
  • Marching 110 percussion line will arrive at approximately 6:45 p.m.

Blood Drive

Second Annual Bobcat Alumni Big Band Jazz Jam

  • Performance by OHIO Jazz Ensemble II, followed by Jazz Ensemble I and then the Alumni Jazz Band
  • The alumni band will be led by Professor Emeritus Ernie Bastin and the current Director of Jazz Studies, Matt James
