| Traditions
Ohio University has entered its third century and your Alumni Association keeps that rich tradition alive through many different events.
Traditional programs include reunions, Homecoming, and the Family Weekends -- Sibs Weekend, Parents Weekends, Moms Weekend and Dads Weekend.
There are several very popular annual special events that are usually held off-campus and attract a wide variety of participants. Key events include the Monomoy Theatre weekend held early summer in Chatham, Mass., and the Suncoast Chapter luncheon held at the Field Club in Sarasota, Fla., on the first Saturday in December.
Other traditional programs focus on our current students and are held in conjunction with our Student Alumni Board and Senior Class Council. These include Appreciation Day for the student volunteers who give of their time throughout the year.
