Minichello is a shareholder in the Chicago law firm of Marwedel, Minichello & Reeb, P.C.  Previously, he was an Associate attorney with Haskell & Perrin from 1978-1984; a Partner with Tribler & Marwedel from 1984-1989; and a Partner with Keck, Mahin & Cate from 1990-1997.  In 1973 Minichello was with the Foreign Exchange Desk with Banca di Credito Agrario de Ferrara in Ferrara.
