Bobcat Mentor Network
The Ohio University Alumni Association is committed to helping you develop your career. As an alumnus, you have free access to the Bobcat Mentor Network, which allows alumni to search and connect with fellow alumni mentors to talk about issues that are relevant to OHIO alumni. Whether you are a recent graduate and new in the workforce, middle management, executive or retired Bobcat, alumni like you are willing and available to talk to you about your career. Some potential discussion topics include career advice, changing career paths, networking leads, interviewing advice and life/work balance.

You can search for an alumni mentor by school, degree, major, class year and geographical location. You can search by professional information such as industry, occupation, employer type and name, job title and stage in career. It is also possible to search for a mentor by past employment history or continuing education from other academic institutions. Finally, you can also look for alumni mentors who have specific group affiliations like African American, Women, LGBT, entrepreneurs or freelancers.
