Think for a moment about all of the important things that compete for your time and attention -- your family, your job, your church or synagogue, your booster club, your civic group. You’re busy and we know it. That’s why we have redesigned the Ohio University Alumni Association's web site to help you more easily connect with each other and the university.
In recent years, the Association’s leadership has begun to focus more on increased quality in alumni engagement, excellence in customer service, and increased access to useful products and services to help make your life more productive and to save you money.
The goals we have set for your Alumni Association are simple: to improve your alumni experience and keep you informed about your university. We know we're succeeding when more of you attend chapter functions; become involved in your college, school or interest programs (such as cheerleading, Marching 110 and Black alumni); and turn to us for lifelong educational opportunities and unique travel experiences.
We seek to tailor our programs and services so that they are of great value and benefit to you, our alumni. This new web site is an efficient and effective means for you to share your ideas with us about your aspirations for yourself and for your involvement in the life of your university.
The only way we can serve you better is to learn more about your needs and desires. Then we must refine all that is good and valued about the Alumni Association while continuing to develop opportunities, programs and services that are innovative and timely. This site is an integral component of the Association’s mission and vision to inform, engage and serve Ohio University’s current and future alumni and friends.
As this organization continues to look at what it is and where it is going, we need your help. We ask that you frequently visit this site to see, firsthand, what we are planning, we also appreciate feedback on the features you feel are on-target and what could use improvement in order to be of service and value to you as alumni.
This is not an idle request. We truly want to hear from you.
